The Ace of Cups is a card of new beginnings. Again, because Cups represent Water, that beginning can look different for everybody. Primarily though, it can be love, spirituality, or friendship. Regardless of what comes into your life, the most important takeaway for the Ace of Cups is that you can make peace with your past hurt and you don’t have to rely solely on your own strength to do so. Just remember, we don’t appreciate what is easily gotten or given. Going through bad means all the good this cards brings has so much more impact.
While the upright cup runneth over, the upside down cup runneth empty. The good from this card is being squandered. All you know is emotinal fatigue and hurt. There’s no condolence, metaphor, or idiom to make something like this easier. All you can do is keep going until you can find peace. But, unlike the upright Ace of Cups, this is something you have to do on your own. In situations like these, its likely your emotions and responses are influenced by the people around you. Take a step back and assess, figure out why you feel the way you do and what can be done to change it. Be honest with yourself, even if you might not get the answers you wanted.
As always, thanks for reading and let me know what you think in the comments. Bye!
